Heather Lewis

New Solutions Manager

Heather works with leaders in the print service industry to develop new USPS direct mail promotions in areas like retargeting, reply mail, and emerging technology. Before USPS, Heather's over 12 years' experience working with both startups and a Fortune 500 company led her to drive innovative and award-winning experiences across a variety of print formats, including catalogs, newsletters, and mixed media mail. Heather will share with attendees' best practices on how to leverage USPS marketing initiatives for maximum ROI and customer impact.

Tyler Jett

Director, Postal Affairs, Products and Services

USPS

Tyler supports various USPS initiatives including direct mail promotions and partnerships. He partners with the industry to develop new direct mail promotions and oversees the development of systems supporting the promotions. Since joining USPS, Tyler has held roles focused on strategy development, paid media, and product and program management.

Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kalamazoo College and will complete his Master of Business Administration degree at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in the Summer of 2024.

Bob Rosser

Director, Postal Affairs, Products and Services

IWCO

Bob has been with IWCO for the last 19 years. He leads IWCO's postal optimization strategies for IWCO clients that achieve in-home targets at the best possible postage rates. Bob's in-depth automation, data, and postal operations experience helps ensure that mail packages meet specifications. He subscribes to the innovation philosophy that the best way to predict the future is to help create it. He currently serves as the Mailers Technical Advisory Committee’s (MTAC) Immediate Industry Past Chair and sits on the Boards of PostCom and DTAC.  He is also actively involved with the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM). Bob enjoys his family and Grandpa role in the Twin Cities along with music, golf, sports, and Nebraska Cornhuskers football.

Chris Lien

Executive Vice President, Postal Affairs

Chris is a recognized industry expert speaking at such events as the National Postal Forum, Postal Customer Councils, and countless industry events. He regularly participates in numerous industry associations such as the Association for Postal Commerce, Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC), and the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) where he currently serves as a former MTAC Industry Chair.

In 2016, Chris Lien received the Donald A. Mumma Award – the highest award of distinction that DTAC presents in the mail preparation and processing arena.
