Welcome Reception: 6:00 p.m. hotel lobby
Join your colleagues for appetizers and drinks at Toro Toro, in the hotel lobby.

Monday, January 30^th Kick-Off Begins Day 1

Buffet Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. outside Pecos Room
Kick-off: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 pm  Pecos Room

Monday, January 30^th Night Out at Billy Bob’s

Transportation will be provided, please be in the hotel lobby between 5:15 p.m. -  5:45 p.m.
Cowboy boots, hats, and large belt buckles are strongly encouraged!

Tuesday, January 31^st Kick-Off Day 2

Breakfast Buffet: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. outside Pecos Room
Kick-off: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Pecos Room, floor
Awards dinner: 6:00 p.m. at the hotel

Kick-off is officially over on Tuesday evening for general attendees.  There are some meetings taking place in the days after that have been privately arranged.  Unless you are participating in one of those meetings, please plan to travel home on Wednesday, February 1^st.  Please reach out to your manager with any questions regarding your travel dates.
